Warranties

The car parts sold are subject to all the same guarantees as buying in the usual auto parts stores. Faulty goods are replaced or the money paid is refunded.

Rules

5. Product warranty:

5.1. Seller states that the goods meet the usual quality requirements applied for such goods.

5.2. Warranty period begins on the moment the goods are handed over to the Customer. Goods warranty terms are provided in the Goods warranty documents or if in a particular case the warranty period is not granted, then on the basis provided for in the Lithuanian laws.

5.3. If during the warranty period the Customer applies to the Seller due to faulty product, the Seller directs the Customer to the Goods manufacturer's warranty service centre.

5.4. Seller is not responsible for Goods quality deterioration, if the Customer or the persons to whom Customer transferred the Goods use them for the purposes other than for which such goods are commonly used, failed to comply with the instruction requirements, violated goods transportation, storage, use and / or storing the goods, also, if there are visible packaging or other external defects not covered in writing during transfer of the Goods or deterioration in the quality of the goods is caused by actions of the Customer or any other persons to whom the Customer has sold the goods.
