A consumer may withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered, without giving any reason (Civil Code art. 6.228(10)). Fill in this form and we will immediately send a confirmation by e-mail. Original (OEM) parts and goods ordered on special request cannot be returned or cancelled (rules, point 6.7). When non-returnable goods are ordered, it is indicated that they cannot be returned or cancelled. The return information shown next to the item reads "Non-returnable item". Ordering "Non-returnable items" requires the consumer's consent that the item cannot be returned. Otherwise "Non-returnable items" cannot be ordered.
Returned goods must be unused. You may carefully unpack an item to inspect it and check that it is suitable, but it is important not to damage its original packaging. The item is returned in its original, tidy packaging (no writing or labels stuck directly on it), undamaged, with its merchantable appearance intact (labels undamaged; a protective film may be carefully opened only as far as is necessary to inspect the item), in the same completeness as received and with its consumer properties preserved (not applicable when returning a defective item).
